Our commitment to you:1.    To not charge a fee for the first hour hours of initial consultation, thereafter there will be a charge of £45 +VAT per hour.
2.    To detail accurately the projects requirements in regards to the works needed to be done in our quote.
3.    To provide you with details concerning costs of the project at the commencement of the same and during the course of the project if necessary including costs for any additional amendments that may be made to brief during the project.
4.    To start and complete the project within the time frames agreed unless unforeseen circumstances prevent the same.
5.    To be honest and advise the client/s of any problems that may occur during the project.
6.    To guarantee a working and operational deployment of the agreed specification, unless changes are made and agreed by both parties during the course of the project. On the condition:
       a. That all works are undertaken by WebxSolution Ltd during course of the project, meaning that if any     
       works are undertaken by a third-party our responsibility to the client will be deemed void.
        b. That the Joomla! framework is hosted upon a suitable environment. As we cannot guarantee a 3rd
        party environment, we cannot guarantee the software will function correctly unless hosted upon –
        www.joomlawired.com.
7.    To inform you that we hold the right to suspend, remove or cancel any services without notice to you, if you fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due.

8.    We wish to advise that we are able to give you full rights to the html designs and templates based on the graphic designs submitted by you as part of the brief, but beyond this point, we are unable to grant you intellectual property rights for the reasons detailed below.

Joomla! is Licensed under the GPLv2 (General Public Licence http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html) and therefore not intellectually owned by anyone. It is also the case that any application that uses the Joomla! library must also come under the GPLv2 licence. This means that any modifications and modifications to the Joomla! extensions used on your site must sit under the GPLv2 licence.  The ideas and the solutions used for the website are unique in the way in which they slot together, but separately these extensions are 3rd party applications and we do not have the right to grant intellectual property rights to these.

9. To treat as confidential all information obtained from the Client relating to the Assignment, unless specific written authorisation to release it is given by the Client.

Your commitment to us8.    To pay WebxSolution Ltd the requisite amounts at the commencement and completion of the project, or by monthly direct debit instalment thereafter the initial agreed payment.
9.    To ensure that the design brief supplied to 'us' (WebxSolution Ltd) at the commencement of the project is a true and accurate reflection of the matters discussed with us.
10.    Should you require amendments to be made to the brief once supplied, you will provide 'Us' (WebxSolution Ltd) with 7 days notice of this request in writing.
11.    You agree to pay the additional fee required for such amendment upon provision of an invoice for the same from WebxSolution Ltd within 7 days.
12.    You agree to provide 'us' (WebxSolution Ltd) with clear instructions during the course of the project in order to aid completion of the same.
13.    You agree to pay the additional fee for fixing a corrupted system, if we find a third party component, module or plugin has been installed other than by a WebxSolution Ltd employee.
14.    Once the project has been deem completed by us (WebxSolution Ltd) we will invite you (the Client) to comment on our work within a 14 days period, thereafter the project will be deem as closed. Any amendments beyond this point will be change at our hourly rate.
15.    You agree to pay all outstanding invoices before the commencement of any additional works or new projects.
