Installation Guide
Install the zip package via Joomla’s extensions manager. Next go to the Module section, set the filter to 'Administrator' create a new custom quick icon module and insert desired links. (leave the title blank to skip out a link). If you click save without entering in any data demo icons will be created so that you can see what is possible!

The 'Custom Quick Icons' is free to download and use on any number of Joomla web sites. It is release as Open Source under the GNU General Public License.
