Our SLA (Service Level Agreements) is designed to give you peace of mind against failure, when assistance is needed to rectify mistakes, or when help is required on how to use the system.

In its basic form it is a discount structure applied through a 6 monthly term. This gives better value for money which has a minimum four hours monthly charge.
The discount saving on these hours roughly works out that for every four hours that are contracted your business will make a financial saving of an hour compared to contracting the same time outside of the SLA.
Joomla! training
Our training sessions are customised to meet your unique requirements and needs. Initially we will contact you by phone to discuss what you would like the session to cover. The course will then be set up to include your requirements as well as covering other items of Joomla along the way. Typically a training session will last 2 hours for which we aim to cover the three basic aspects of the system:
An overview of Joomla
Understanding: templates, components, modules and plug-ins;
Content editing and site management.
During the session we will work with you to ensure that you get hands on experience and guide you in the right direction. The training session can take place at our office; this will give you an opportunity to meet our staff in a relaxed atmosphere. If this is not possible we can arrange a training session to take place over the web or alternatively have the session onsite.
All our training sessions are setup to provide hands on experience and are typically very interactive. At any point we will be happy to deal with individual questions and queries.
