Our commitment to you:

• WebxSolution Ltd does not charge a fee for the first hour hours of initial consultation save for any product purchased online where a discount is offered. Fees will be charged for consultations for all products purchased online. There will be a charge of £35 per hour plus travel expenses in respect of all consultations.
• To detail accurately the projects requirements in regards to the works needed to be done in our quote.
• To provide you with details concerning costs of the project at the commencement of the same and during the course of the project as may be necessary including costs for any additional amendments that may be made to design brief during the project.
• To start and complete the project within the time frames agreed unless unforeseen circumstances prevent the same.
• To be honest and advise the client/s of any problems that may occur during the project.
• We agree to repair the JOOMLA environment and any extensions on the condition that all works have been undertaken by a Webx Solution employee and the system is on our Joomla hosting environment. If any works are undertaken by a third-party our responsibility to the client will be deemed void.
• WebxSolution Ltd is committed to provide one month free customer support on all our Joomla packages purchase for our website. This only applies if hosted on our Joomla environment as we are unable to guarantee a 3^rd party hosting environment.
• If you fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due, WebXSolution Ltd may suspend, remove or cancel any Services without notice to You.

• To pay Webx Solution the requisite amounts at the commencement and completion of the project, or by monthly direct debit instalment thereafter the initial agreed payment.
• To ensure that the design brief supplied to us at the commencement of the project is a true and accurate reflection of the matters discussed with Webx Solution.
• Should you require amendments to be made to the design brief once supplied, you will provide Webx Solution with 7 days notice of this request in writing.
• You agree to pay the additional fee required for such amendment upon provision of an invoice for the same from Webx Solution within 7 days.
• You agree to provide Webx Solution with clear instructions during the course of the project in order to aid completion of the same.
• You agree to pay the additional fee for fixing a corrupted system if we find a third party component, module or manbot has been installed other than by a Webx Solution employee.
